Brief:
North Planning & Development initially approached us for a website redesign. Early discovery revealed a broader opportunity to shape a cohesive brand and digital ecosystem—one that reflects their reputation for trusted planning advice, senior-led involvement, and a considered, client-first approach across every touchpoint.

Response:
I led the brand strategy and creative direction, refining the visual identity, tone of voice, and social approach to express clarity, confidence, and depth of expertise. This brand thinking directly informed the digital experience, ensuring consistency from social and first impressions through to website engagement and enquiry.

From a UX/UI perspective, the website was designed around the client journey - structuring information architecture, navigation, and content hierarchy to build trust, clearly articulate services, and guide users intuitively toward action. The site functions as a key CRM touchpoint, supporting lead generation while reinforcing North’s hands-on, senior-led way of working.
